Admission requirements for students with a foreign degree
The Course is open to applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Architectural, Building or Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Candidates applying to Building Engineering for Sustainability must choose the Program together with the preferred track (PSPA) among the four available.
The admission is subject for all candidates to the evaluation of their career by a Commission on the basis if the following parameters:
- coherence of the previous career
- length of previous studies
- order of preferences for the selected program/curriculum
- reputation of the university that awarded the bachelor’s degree
- other experiences consistent with the program’s topic
The minimum score for admission is 62/100.
The number of available positions for international students is 50 (only September intake)
Admission requirements for students with an italian degree
The Course is open to applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Architectural, Building or Civil Engineering and Architecture.
The admission is subject for all candidates to the evaluation of their career by a Commission on the basis if the following parameters:
- coherence of the previous career
- length of previous studies
- order of preferences for the selected program/curriculum
- grade point average in the bachelor’s program.
The minimum score for admission is 62/100.
Admission to all four tracks of Building Engineering for Sustainability is granted, after evaluation of prior career, without educational debts to first-level graduates of class L-23.
Bachelor’s degree graduates of class L-7 are granted admission without educational debts, subject to evaluation of prior career, to the track BES-S Materiali Tecnologie e Strutture and the track BES- D Innovazione Digitale dell’Industria delle Costruzioni.
Bachelor’s degree graduates of class L-17 are grantes admission without educational debts, subject to prior career evaluation, to the track BES-F Innovative Envelope and Facade and the track BES-M Performance Modeling and Design.
In all other cases, the evaluation of prior career may determine for candidates deemed eligible, educational debts or obligations.
